Accuracy
Completed all lessons and activities above 80% accuracy.

When performing below 80%, student repeated lesson/activity until achieving 80% or higher.

Student completed lessons and activities using the touch typing method (without looking at keyboard).
Completed most lessons and activities above 80% accuracy.

When performing below 80%, student usually repeated lesson/activity until achieving 80% or higher.

Student usually completed lessons and activities using the touch typing method (usually without looking at keyboard).
Completed some lessons and activities above 80% accuracy.

When performing below 80%, student sometimes repeated lesson/activity until achieving 80% or higher.

Student sometimes completed lessons and activities using the touch typing method (sometimes without looking at keyboard).
Completed no lessons and activities above 80% accuracy.

When performing below 80%, student did not attempt to repeat lesson/activity.

Student rarely completed lessons and activities using the touch typing method (usually looked at keyboard).

Note: If unable to achieve 80%, student must show improvement in accuracy in order to earn a passing grade.
Speed
Student showed a drastic increase in speed over time.

Student did not revert to "hunt & peck" method in order to achieve higher speeds.
